This privacy policy applies to the Find Your Faith app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Wind Down Studio, LLC (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use AS IS.

Information Collection and Use:

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)

- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages

- The time spent on the Application overall

- The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.

To improve your experience, the Service Provider may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, such as your email address. This information is retained and used only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services:

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These include, but may not be limited to:

- PostHog (for analytics and app performance monitoring)

- OneSignal (for push notifications and email delivery)

- Sentry (for error tracking and crash reporting)

- Superwall (for paywall display, A/B testing, and usage analytics)

These third parties are contractually obligated not to disclose or use your information for purposes outside the scope of their service.

Use of Information:

The Service Provider may use your information to:

- Improve the Application and user experience.

- Contact you with important updates, notices, or promotional content

- Monitor and analyze usage trends and preferences.

Subscription Handling:

The Application may offer a 3-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscriptions are processed through Apple and linked to your Apple ID. Subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, must be handled directly in your App Store settings.

Sensitive Information:

The Application may collect sensitive personal information, specifically religious or philosophical beliefs, as part of the onboarding process to help personalize your spiritual path and guidance experience. This information is voluntarily provided by the user and is used solely within the context of the Application's core functionality.

We do not share this information with third parties beyond those listed in this Privacy Policy, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes. All sensitive data is handled securely, and by using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

User Rights:

You have the right to:

- Access, correct, or delete any personally identifiable information we hold.

- Opt out of marketing communications.

- Request information about data processing practices.

Data Retention Policy:

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us immediately.

You must also be at least 16 years old to consent to data processing in your country, unless a parent or guardian has provided consent on your behalf.

Security:

We are committed to safeguarding your information and employ physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect it.

The Application may include links to third-party websites. These are not operated by the Service Provider, and we strongly advise reviewing the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

Changes:

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Find Your Faith app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Wind Down Studio, LLC (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modification, translation, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works based on the Application is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider strives to make the Application as useful and efficient as possible. As such, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. You will be clearly informed of any such charges before they are incurred.

The Application may offer a 3-day free trial, after which access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current subscription period. Subscription management, including cancellation, must be handled through your Apple App Store settings.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which removes software restrictions and security features, is strongly discouraged and may result in security vulnerabilities and degraded app functionality.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of internet access or exceeding your data allowance.

If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage or roaming. You are responsible for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for your device, it is assumed that you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the Application.

You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and functional. The Service Provider accepts no responsibility if your device is non-functional or uncharged and access to the Application is lost.

The Service Provider attempts to ensure the Application is accurate and up to date, but it may rely on third-party services. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on content or functionality within the Application.

The Application may require periodic updates. You agree to accept all updates provided. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application or terminate your use of it at any time. Upon termination: (a) your rights to use the Application end immediately, and (b) you must cease all use and delete the Application from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions:

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Wind Down Studio, LLC ("Service Provider") for the use of the Find Your Faith mobile application ("Application").

By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on any mobile device that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

- Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Application

- Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Application to third parties

- Use the Application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.

3. Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Service Provider.

4. Content

Any spiritual, philosophical, or instructional content included in the Application is for personal reflection and educational use only. The Service Provider retains all rights to the structure, design, and content of the Application.

5. Updates

The Service Provider may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or other modifications to improve the Application. You agree to accept such updates as a condition of continued use.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete it from your device.

7. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
